How to Join

If you are interested in joining Accentra Credit Union, please review our Membership Information. You can then print our Membership Application (PDF*) and return the following items to us for processing.

1) A completed Membership Application.
2) A photocopy of your drivers' license or photo identification.
3) A photocopy of your Social Security Card. 
4) Cash or a check payable to Accentra Credit Union (minimum of $5 for savings and $55 if you are opening both a Savings and a Checking Account).

Bring these items to the credit union or mail them to:
