Changes to your credit card account: to change your credit limit, address or
the name on your account, you must call the credit
union directly at 800-533-0448. Other questions and
issues (lost/stolen cards, fraud, card activation
issues, billing questions) can be directed to our 24-hour VISA call

Q. We have two Accentra Visa credit cards for our one account. How
does Verified by VISA work for us?
A: Each of you will register separately and create your own
password. Please note that if one cardholder registers, then the
other should too.
Q: Can I register multiple Visa cards?
A: Yes, you may register all your Accentra VISAŽ Credit Cards.
Q. What is a Personal Authentification Message?
A: When you pay online, this message will always appear before you
enter your password. This way you know you're using the actual
Verified by VISA service. (Tip: Use this as a brief reminder of your
password. For example, "moms birthday" could be your
authentification message.)
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: If you forget your password, you can view your password hint by
clicking "Forgot your password" on the Verified by VISA
password window. If you still do not remember your password you will
need to call the credit union.
