Account Balance & Transfers Discontinuing over the Phone 

Due to heightened security concerns we will no longer be providing account balances or making transfers over the phone.  Account information, transfers, alerts and so much more can be made through our free online banking, free mobile banking as well as text banking* (enrollment in online banking is required for this option). We will do our best to make the transition as smooth as possible. If you need assistance getting set up on our online banking please contact us.

Scams & Financial Fraud

Financial fraud & scams are increasing at an alarming rate! 
Educate yourselves on the most common scams & fraud HERE.

  • Guard your information. If you get a call from a company or person, do not give any banking information or personal identification over the phone.

  • Don’t rely on caller ID, scammers can make it look like they are calling from a legitimate company or person.

  • Question unusual payment requests, scammers often demand very specific forms of payment. No legitimate company will ask you to send money to anyone, including yourself, to correct a problem or get a refund.

  • If you are suspicious about a call or text, hang up or don’t respond. Hanging up is your best defense. You can then reach out directly to the company with a phone number from their website or on the back of your card.

  • If you think you've been scammed, don’t be afraid or embarrassed to talk about it—waiting could only make it worse. Immediately call your bank and/or credit card company.
